What We Mediate

We handle all types of personal injury disputes including auto accidents, premises liability, products cases, and §1983 claims. Our civil mediation practice draws on 30+ years representing both plaintiffs and defendants, giving us the perspective to help parties in any case find common ground. Court-ordered or voluntary, straightforward or complex, we're equipped to help your clients reach resolution.

We also offer Spanish-language support when needed. Debra speaks conversational Spanish and can communicate directly with Spanish-speaking parties. To ensure accuracy and maintain complete neutrality throughout complex legal discussions, she recommends having a professional translator present.

From booking to resolution, we keep things simple and efficient.

Session Options & Rates

Choose the format that works for your case, with pricing that respects your client's recovery.

Half-Day Mediation

$900 per party for four hours. Morning sessions run 10am-2pm, afternoon sessions 2pm-6pm. We are happy to adjust start times when schedules allow.

Full-Day Mediation

$225 per party per hour (six-hour minimum). We're yours from 10am until resolution. We are happy to adjust start times when schedules allow.

Session Extensions

If your mediation runs beyond the scheduled time, we continue at $225 per party per hour.

Payment

Same-day invoicing, payment by check (online payment coming soon).

Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice required. Cancellations within 48 hours are billed a $900 fee to the canceling party.

Zoom or In-Person

We offer the flexibility to meet your case where it needs to be, whether that's online for efficiency or face-to-face for more personal connection and complexity. Although Spanish-language support is available for both formats, the parties are responsible for obtaining professional, certified translators.

Virtual Mediations

‍Convenient Zoom sessions work perfectly for straightforward cases, saving travel time and costs while maintaining full effectiveness.

In-Person at Our Midtown Office

‍Our dedicated space offers five private conference rooms, free surface lot parking, and street-level access. No parking decks, no shared offices, no hassles.
